Alfred is priced around two things: the mailboxes it watches, and the systems you connect to them. Every account also sits on one of three plans, further down, which set your trial length and feature set.
Price per mailbox
Alfred is billed on the inboxes it watches. Connect one that belongs to a single person, or one your whole team works from. The price follows the mailbox either way.
Personal mailbox
per person, per month
One person's own Gmail or Outlook. They review and send their own replies, and Alfred drafts only for them.
Shared mailbox
per mailbox, per month
One inbox your team works together: info@, sales@, claims@. Charged once, regardless of how many users handle it.
Everyone else is free. Anyone without a mailbox of their own costs nothing, regardless of how many users are registered: the colleagues working a shared inbox, your administrator, your IT contact.

Price per connector
Connecting a CRM, ERP, or invoicing system is a small add-on on top of the mailbox price. It's charged for each person with a mailbox of their own who has access to it. Free colleagues add nothing, and a shared mailbox's own access is included in its price.
